Chris Brown isn’t the only man getting face time with Nicki Minaj. The rap diva finds love with Nas, who plays her leading man in the video for “Right By My Side.” In addition to appearing on screen together, the rappers collaborated on “Champion” off Nicki’s sophomore album Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded.

The Benny Boom-directed clip starring Chris and Nas will debut tonight at 6:56 p.m. EST on BET, Fuse, MTV Jams, MTV Hits, and mtvU, followed by the online premiere at 7 p.m. EST on VEVO.

Season 10 “American Idol” alum Haley Reinhart sings the blues with B.o.B on “Oh My!” The raspy-voiced songstress sets fire to the smoky tune, while Bobby Ray promises to make it a night to remember. The song appears on Haley’s debut album Listen Up!, in stores May 22.

Nicki Minaj touched down in Australia for the first date of her “Pink Friday” tour on Wednesday. The hip-hop queen kicked off the international trek at Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion, giving her Aussie Barbz a first look at her neon wardrobe and dollhouse set.

“Omfg!!!!! Sydney, Australia was thee most amazing crowd ever tonite!!!!!! Thank u guys soooooo much!!!!!!!! Mmmuuuaaahhhh!!!!!” tweeted Nicki.

Nick Cannon stands up against hate in the powerful video for “Die Young,” the first single off his upcoming album, due later this year. In the black-and-white visuals, the rapper/actor cries out for teens who were bullied because of their looks or sexual orientation. A shirtless Nick stands against a wall as he is stoned by bullies while tears roll down his face.

“Both the video and the song are deeply personal, and the track addresses real issues that so many people deal with each day,” explained Nick.

Iggy Azalea announced that she had signed a deal with Interscope Records earlier this year, but it may have been premature. According to her Grand Hustle boss T.I., the Aussie rapper is still unsigned.

“Iggy is a free agent,” Tip told Bu Thiam, VP of A&R at Def Jam, on “MTV’s Hip Hop POV.”

The blonde bombshell had touted a deal with Interscope and a summer release for her debut album The New Classic. “Interscope, if you were wondering,” she tweeted in January. “Get used to me + jimmy [iovine] smashing shit, cause thats the plan.”

According to sources, a deal was never actually in place. However, she did release the T.I.-assisted “Murda Bizness,” which was billed as the lead single off the album.

The Hustle Gang member is currently in talks with other labels including Def Jam. Her EP Glory is due this month featuring collaborations with Mike Posner, B.o.B, and Big Sean.

Ester Dean is adding more accolades to her résumé. The singer-songwriter was honored as BMI Pop Songwriter of the Year at the 60th Annual BMI Pop Awards at the Beverly Wilshire in Beverly Hills last night. The Oklahoma native, who has penned hits for Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, and Katy Perry, shared the award with Pitbull and producer Benny Blanco.

Dean contributed five songs to the year’s most performed list including “What’s My Name?,” “Rude Boy,” “S&M,” “Super Bass,” and “Firework,” which also scored BMI Pop Song of the Year honors.

She is putting the finishing touches on her Interscope Records debut and will appear in the comedy Pitch Perfect and lend her voice to the animated film Ice Age: Continental Drift.

Monica took a break from promoting her album New Life and enjoyed some family time with her favorite boys at Jungle Island zoological park in Miami on Tuesday. The R&B songstress, her husband Shannon Brown, and sons Rocko and Romelo got up close with the wildlife. They met a monkey named Smokey, held a red ruffed lemur, and fed the kangaroos.

“This is what you call overcoming your fears,” said Monica as she posed with an albino snake around her neck.

You may be familiar with their skills on the mic, but who has game when it comes to the court? During some down time on Drake’s “Club Paradise” tour, J. Cole, Waka Flocka Flame, 2 Chainz, and French Montana played a game of 21. It was every man for himself, with Cole gunning for MVP.

“That boy good. He need to put that mic down. That boy needs a scholarship,” said Waka of Cole, who played basketball through high school and college.

“When she first met me, she loved that I had so much confidence so she let me do me,” said Rye Rye of her mentor.

Backstage, she talked about the latest B-More dance crazes, showed off her colorful wardrobe, and revealed which artists she would put together in a super group including Missy Elliott (“That’s my favorite artist”), Kanye West, Jay-Z, and Roxanne Shanté.

Trouble is brewing for T.I. The Grand Hustle chief has announced a release date for his eighth album Trouble Man.

During his visit to Angie Martinez’ radio show on Tuesday, Tip revealed that the follow-up to 2010’s No Mercy will drop on September 4.

“Look forward to those summertime anthems that we’ve grown to love about T.I.,” he previously told Fuse of the project, which has spawned the singles “Love This Life” and “Like That.”

He has also recorded collaborations with Trey Songz and Usher. “It’s just a dope, dope collabo. Usher and Tip, two Atlanta natives,” Rico Love told Rap-Up.com. “This time I finally feel like they got a record that’s gonna be a humongous hit.”

T.I.’s VH1 docu-series “T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle” has been renewed for a second season, which kicks off September 3.
