Rap-Up TV: Game Plans Splashy Celebration for ‘R.E.D.’ Debut

The West Coast was in the house as Kurupt, Warren G, Too $hort, and Game helped honor their brother Snoop Dogg at the BMI Urban Awards last week. After inflating our ego with some flattering words, the “R.E.D. Nation” rapper spoke about Snoop’s influence on him (“Without Snoop you might as well subtract everything that’s happened on the West Coast after him”), the response to his Drake collaboration “Good Girls Go Bad,” and how he’ll celebrate if The R.E.D. Album debuts at No. 1.
