1 Cornish hen
5 tablespoons of lemon juice
7 tablespoons of honey
â€¢ Mix lemon juice and honey in a bowl.
â€¢ Cover hen with poultry seasoning.
â€¢ Place hen in bowl to marinate.
â€¢ Put hen in baking pan and place in oven.
â€¢ As it cooks, baste with juices.
â€¢ Cook for one hour until tender.
2 turkey wings
1 green bell pepper
1 celery stalk
â€¢ Finely chop onion, bell pepper, and celery.
â€¢ Season turkey wings with poultry seasoning, chicken bouillon, and salt and pepper.
â€¢ Place in baking pan with vegetables and sage leaves.
â€¢ Bake at 350ÂºF for two and a half hours until tender.
2 1/2 cups of cornmeal
2 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/2 tablespoon of sugar
1/2 can of evaporated milk
1/2 cup of water
4 tablespoons of canola oil
â€¢ Pre-heat oven to 400ÂºF.
â€¢ Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
â€¢ Pour into pan and bake for 25 minutes until golden.
1 box of Stove Top stuffing (chicken flavor)
1/2 cup of onion
1/2 cup of celery
1/2 cup of green bell pepper
â€¢ Finely chop onions, bell peppers, and celery and add crumbled cornbread.
â€¢ Season with sage and red pepper.
â€¢ Add Stove Top stuffing and juice from turkey wings.
â€¢ Shred turkey meat and add to mixture.
â€¢ Transfer to pan and bake at 350ÂºF for two hours until golden.
