Chamillionaire is back with the first single off his sophomore album, Ultimate Victory, in stores March 27th. The song is called “Not A Criminal” and features Kelis. We are surprised to see these two hook up on the track. The song is definitely catchy and it will put Chamillionaire back all over radio.
