The Associated Press is reporting that Brandy may be charged with misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter in a car crash that killed a woman in December of 2006. Though she has not been formally charged yet, the charge carries a maximum sentence of one year in county jail and a $1,000 fine. The Los Angeles City Attorney’s office is currently reviewing the case and will eventually decide.
