L. Boogie has resurfaced for a minute with a new song called “Lose Myself.” The song can be found on the soundtrack to the animated film Surf’s Up. The soundtrack will be released on June 5th. The film opens nationwide on Friday, June 8th. “Lose Myself” is unlike any of Lauryn’s past material. We’re not feeling this new pop sound, but it was probably intended for the movie’s younger audience. Now we just wish she, Wyclef, and Pras would hurry up and release that Fugees record.

Listen to the song below. Remember where you heard it first.
