Ever dreamed of fetching cheesecake or holding an umbrella for Diddy? Then you’re in luck because the hip-hop mogul is looking for a new assistant. You can apply by submitting a video application and uploading it onto YouTube. Videos must be less than three minutes long and explain why you deserve the job. Applicants must have a college degree. YouTube users will help decide the winner. Over 600 people have submitted videos so far.

“It’s a new age, new time, new era,” Diddy said in his first posting. “Forget coming into the office and having a meeting with me and being all nervous.”
