Jennifer Hudson Album Due in September

Jennifer Hudson will release her self-titled debut album this September via Arista Records, according to Billboard. The first single, “Spotlight,” leaked to the Internet last week and will impact U.S. radio on June 9th.

“Spotlight” was written by Ne-Yo, who co-produced along with Stargate. Timbaland, Robin Thicke, the Underdogs, Diane Warren, and Christopher “Tricky” Stewart are among the album’s contributors.
