Fresh off appearing on Rap-Up‘s Summer 2008 cover, Keri Hilson has announced her first tour dates. She will be hitting the road as part of the Russ Parr Bus Tour 2008 starting July 28th in Washington, D.C. Catch Keri on MTV’s “TRL” today at 3 p.m. EST/PST.
