An ear-muffed Alicia Keys and her mother Terri Augello were among the millions who stood in the crowd to witness President Barack Obama take the oath during his swearing-in ceremony in Washington, D.C., on Tuesday. Alicia is scheduled to perform at tonight’s Neighborhood Ball.
