2009 MTV Video Music Awards: Red Carpet

The MTV Video Music Awards returned to Radio City Music Hall in New York City on Sunday (Sept. 13) and brought with them Beyoncé, Lady Gaga, Kanye West, Alicia Keys, Keri Hilson, Jay-Z, Shakira, Jennifer Lopez, and more. The unpredictable award show is known for its outrageous fashions and this year did not disappoint, from Lady Gaga’s Grim Reaper-inspired dress to Amber Rose’s reptilian body hugger to Shakira and Pink’s uncanny resemblance.
