Amerie inhabits a dark, post-apocalyptic world in the video for “Heard ’Em All,” the second single off In Love & War (Nov. 3) directed by Anthony Mandler (“Run This Town”).

“I didn’t want to do in-the-jungle tribal ’cause I did that with ‘Touch’ before,” she told Rap-Up TV of the concept. “We did post-apocalyptic tribalism, that kind of society and human digression. It’s very cinematic.”
