Snoop Dogg may call Los Angeles home, but the West Coast rap veteran has lots of love for New York too. The Doggfather freestyles over Jay-Z and Alicia Keys’ “Empire State of Mind” with his own tribute to the Big Apple called “Snoop State of Mind.”

“If I wasn’t from the West Coast, I’d probably be from New York too,” laughs Snoop.
