Young Jeezy Makes Music with Swizz Beatz
Young Jeezy has been spending endless nights in the studio putting the finishing touches on his fourth studio album, but don’t expect him to reveal a release date just yet.
Power 105.1’s Ed Lover asked the Atlanta rapper about the status of Thug Motivation 103 when he visited “The Ed Lover Show” on Wednesday morning (Jan. 13) with his tourmates Jay-Z and Trey Songz. “Finishing up now, wrapping it up now, so around the tour some time it will be right at ya,” he told the radio host. “As soon as it come off the stove, we takin’ it to the block.”
While there is no official date, he did disclose that he had been in the studio with producer Swizz Beatz minutes before, recording two-and-a-half songs. “He keep me up all night,” said Jeezy.
The “Put On” MC is about to embark on The Blueprint 3 tour with Jay-Z and supporting act Trey Songz, beginning February 20 in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
