Although Wyclef Jean had to pull out of his appearance at Raggamuffin 2010 to concentrate on Haiti relief efforts, his fellow Fugee Lauryn Hill did take the stage at the hip-hop and reggae festival in New Zealand on Saturday (Jan. 23). She performed “Doo Wop (That Thing),” “Turn Your Lights Down Low,” and “Ready or Not.” Shaggy and Sean Kingston were also on the bill.
