Where has Chingy been? The “Right Thurr” rapper resurfaced in Las Vegas to celebrate his 30th birthday on Thursday (March 18). He was presented with a blinged-out birthday cake at TAO nightclub at The Venetian Resort-Hotel-Casino while partying with friends. It’s been over two years since Chingy released his last album Hate It or Love It.
