New Music: Johnta Austin - 'Close Your Eyes'

Johnta Austin, one of the Grammy-winning songwriters behind Mariah Carey’s “We Belong Together” and Mary J. Blige’s “Be Without You,” steps into the spotlight once again with the classic R&B jam “Close Your Eyes,” the first single from his debut album Love, Sex, and Religion. Johnta’s ill-fated Island Def Jam project Ocean Drive never made it to stores, but in between logging studio time with Mariah, he’s been reworking the album with Jermaine Dupri.
