Ciara Boots Up for Release Week

Ciara stepped into her release week in a pair of high-heeled boots, a leather jacket with fleece lining, and dark denim. The R&B singer was seen on the streets of New York City after making a stop at “The Wendy Williams Show” today. She will travel to L.A. to perform “Gimmie Dat” on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” later this week, while her fourth album Basic Instinct drops tomorrow.
