Chris Brown had some harsh words for the paparazzi while exiting Maggiano’s Little Italy restaurant in Los Angeles on Tuesday (March 1). The newly-blond singer, who was spotted leaving Justin Bieber’s 17th birthday celebration, sported a hat brandishing the words “F*CK YEAH!” and grabbed his crotch as he made his way past the paps.
