Rihanna stopped by to chat with Chelsea Handler during a taping of “Chelsea Lately” in Sydney, Australia, earlier this week. The gals reminisced about RiRi’s 23rd birthday bash last month, to which she personally invited the comedienne and her sidekick Chuy, but they never even saw each other.

“We personally requested you and Chuy to be there and you both came,” said the long-haired singer, “but you came so early in the night I was still upstairs painting my face on so I missed you.”

What was supposed to be an intimate evening turned into one big house party. “It was supposed to be only 250 people and 600 people showed up, but we just kinda let everybody in. It was just a fun night.”
