Eminem surprised hometown fans by showing up to perform “2.0 Boys” with his new Shady Records signees Slaughterhouse and Yelawolf at Detroit’s Royal Oak Music Theatre on Thursday night. Em came out to screams and camera phones while taking the stage with his Shady fam during the concert finale.

Yelawolf recently proclaimed his crew’s dominance. “Artistically, those dudes are monsters,” he told Music Choice. “MC-wise, I’m a longtime fan of hip-hop, and especially this ‘2.0’ track, just the delivery on everybody’s part, I just felt like who [can beat us]?”

The “2.0 Boys” will play another show tonight at Central Michigan University.
