After a busy week of promo overseas, Beyoncé touched down in New York for ABC’s “Good Morning America.” The Grammy-winning diva kicked off the Fourth of July weekend with captivating performances at Rumsey Playfield in Central Park on Friday (July 1).

Hitting the black-and-white stage in a yellow fringe dress, she and her all-female band set off fireworks with songs off her new album 4 starting with “Run the World (Girls).” A radiant B sat atop a piano while belting “1+1” and had the crowd singing along with her latest single “Best Thing I Never Had.” She kept the show going with “Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It),” with more performances to air on Monday.

“I know that a lot of these fans have been waiting here since yesterday—unbelievable. Thank ya’ll so much,” the humble star told host Robin Roberts. She also spoke about starring in a remake of A Star Is Born with the legendary Clint Eastwood.
