Mary J. Blige blessed PAPER’s 7th Annual Nightlife Awards with a royal performance. The Queen of Hip-Hop Soul grooved with her band on classics (“Real Love”) and future classics (“25/8”) before a packed house at Hiro Ballroom at the Maritime Hotel in New York City last night, gazing into the crowd of familiar faces including Swizz Beatz, Estelle, Wendy Williams, and Anderson Cooper. MJB is gearing up for the release of her new album My Life II… The Journey Continues (Act I), arriving November 21.
