Chris Brown Accused of 'Robbery by Snatching'
Chris Brown is making headlines once again. The Grammy-winning singer has been accused of robbing a woman’s cell phone outside a Miami nightclub over the weekend and driving off with it.
Law enforcement officials tell TMZ that Christal Spann filed a police report Sunday for “robbery by snatching.” The 24-year-old claims that she followed the “Turn Up the Music” singer and Tyga out of Cameo nightclub and took a picture of Brown getting into his Bentley.
He reportedly got upset when he saw her camera phone and grabbed it through the vehicle window, saying, “Bitch, you’re not gonna put that on the Internet.” According to the police report, he then rolled up his window and drove off with the iPhone in hand.
The incident is currently under investigation. No arrests have been made and no warrant has been issued.
TMZ notes that Chris is still on probation for his assault on Rihanna and if he’s arrested, he could face jail time on a probation violation.
