After opening the MTV Video Music Awards and winning Video of the Year for “We Found Love,” Rihanna keeps the momentum going by announcing dates for her “Rihanna Diamonds World Tour.”

The North American leg kicks off March 8, 2013 in Buffalo, New York. The arena trek is scheduled to stop in more than 27 cities including Los Angeles, Toronto, Boston, Brooklyn, and Chicago, with additional dates to be announced. Tickets go on sale Friday, September 14, at LiveNation.com.

Rihanna’s previous tour, the “LOUD” tour, grossed $90 million worldwide to become the 7th highest-grossing tour of 2011 and included 10 sold-out concerts at London’s O2 Arena.

The pop superstar is reportedly working on a follow-up to her 2011 album Talk That Talk, which has spawned the hit singles “We Found Love” and “Where Have You Been.”
