Tyga Announces 'Hotel California' Release Date

  /  01.22.2013

Tyga teased that his album was coming in March, but now we have an official release date. The Young Money rapper announced that Hotel California will arrive on March 26.

“It will be out March 26, so make sure you lock that date on your calendars,” he said during an appearance on Tuesday’s “106 & Park.”

The project has already spawned the West Coast-flavored single “Dope” featuring Rick Ross, for which a video debuted last week.

“I’m comfortable. I’ve built my own sound, but I’m not going to drift away from that sound too much,” he previously said of the follow-up to last year’s Careless World: Rise of the Last King.

The young mogul will also launch his Reebok Classic T-Raww collection of sneakers next month. The first release will be the red and blue colorways, which will be available for $80 at Shiekh stores on Valentine’s Day.
