Jay-Z and Beyoncé Team Up on ‘Magna Carta Holy Grail’

Mr. and Mrs. Carter are putting their relationship on wax once again. The superstar couple has recorded another collaboration for Jay-Z’s new album Magna Carta Holy Grail.

The Roc Nation mogul has revealed the lyrics to “Part II (On the Run),” which appears to be a sequel to “’03 Bonnie & Clyde,” his 2002 hit with Beyoncé off The Blueprint 2: The Gift & The Curse.

“I don’t care if you on the run/ Baby as long as I’m next to you/ And if loving you is a crime/ Tell me why do I bring out/ The best in you,” raps Jay, while B provides the hook.

“They can take me/ Now that I found the places that you take me/ Without you I got nothing to lose,” she sings.

Due July 4 on Samsung Mobile devices, Magna Carta also features Justin Timberlake (“Holy Grail”), Frank Ocean (“Oceans”), and Rick Ross (“FuckWithMeYouKnowIGotIt”), with production from Swizz Beatz, Rick Rubin, Pharrell, and Timbaland.
