Earl Sweatshirt owns the night in the dark and eery video for “Hive,” a cut off his upcoming album Doris (Aug. 20). The Odd Future lyricist lurks in a quiet neighborhood with his friends, who sport strange masks and ride their bikes through the streets. Vince Staples and Casey Veggies rap inside an old Volkswagen as Earl stays posted on the roof.

One YouTube viewer described it as “a darker version of Where the Wild Things Are.”
