Macklemore Talks Gay Rumors, Staying Sober, & 'Ginger Pride' on 'Chelsea Lately'

Fresh off their VMA wins, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis sat down with Chelsea Handler on Wednesday’s show. The Seattle duo spoke about how they met (Myspace), shopping at thrift stores, and gay rumors.

Macklemore loved the musical “CATS” as a child and thought he was gay.

“How did you find out you weren’t?” asked Chelsea, to which he responded, “I started using my penis.”

Macklemore spent some time in rehab in 2008 for his addiction to alcohol, weed, and pills. But while he no longer does drugs, he admitted to two of his other vices, porn and candy.
