'SNL' Parodies Kimye in Talk Show Skit
It was a very Kimye Christmas on “SNL.” The comedy show poked fun at Kanye West and Kim Kardashian on last night’s episode. The couple, played by Jay Pharoah and Nasim Pedrad, hosted their very own talk show called “Waking Up with Kimye.”
A cocky Kanye boasted about his girlfriend’s accomplishments, including her gingerbread nightclub (“Ya’ll are looking at the Armenian Frank Gehry,” said ‘Ye). The rest of the family, dubbed the “Kardashian Kristmas Karolers,” also got into the holiday spirit, singing Christmas carols.
Plus, they remade the infamous “Bound 2” video. But instead of riding a motorcycle, they rode Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer, in their video Christmas card.
