Pharrell is on fire. Straight off his win at the Grammys, the Producer of the Year teams with Major Lazer on their Apocalypse Soon single “Aerosol Can.” Over a click-clacking beat, Skateboard P spits rapid-fire rhymes about everything from monkeys to Marc Jacobs to Mario Kart.
After hearing the song, Pharrell superfan Tyler, the Creator summed it up best. “I AM SO HAPPY RIGHT NOW DUDE F**K I WOULD TRY COKE RIGHT NOW OR SOMETHING STUPID CAUSE I AM SO FU**ING YELLOW ( YELLOW MEANING JOY IDK),” tweeted the Odd Future frontman.
Due February 25, Major Lazer’s 5-track EP Apocalypse Soon also features Sean Paul, Machel Montano, RDX, Moska, and Mr. Fox.
