Made in Black America

Common puts some sense back in hip-hop with “Made in Black America,” his conscious collaboration with TDE’s Ab-Soul.

“I’m more than a hot song or a hot album / Ask my ex, I still live on like Malcolm,” raps the Chicago lyricist over the No I.D. production.

“This music is really inspiring me!” tweeted Common. “It was a pleasure watching @abdashsoul keep HipHop Alive!”

Just last month, Common dropped his call-to-action record “War” and is gearing up to release his 10th studio album Nobody Smiling, which will be executive produced by No I.D.
