New Music: Chance the Rapper - 'Save Yourself First'

Chance the Rapper comes through with “Save Yourself First,” an alternate and incomplete version of “Life Round Here,” his 2013 collaboration with his roommate James Blake. The Chicago rapper sings on the melodic track, which features background vocals from the British singer.

“This was the og idea for me and james’ first collaboration,” explained Chance. “James never liked this vers.”

He is gearing up to release his Social Experiment album and will tour the festival circuit this spring/summer, with a stop at Coachella next month.
