Pharrell Williams to Perform on 'SNL'

Get happy. Pharrell Williams is set to make his “Saturday Night Live” debut next month.

Before he plays the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, The Neptunes hitmaker will serve as musical guest on the April 5 episode of “SNL,” with host Anna Kendrick.

The show has also booked Sam Smith for March 29, while Ed Sheeran will perform on April 12.

Meanwhile, Pharrell’s Oscar-nominated hit “Happy” tops the Billboard Hot 100 for a fourth consecutive week, selling 364,000 downloads.

After debuting at No. 2 last week, his second album G I R L slides to No. 5 on the Billboard 200 with 45,000 copies sold.
