50 Cent Joins Cast of Melissa McCarthy's 'Spy'
Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson has landed another big movie role. The rapper-turned-actor will star in the action comedy Spy.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Jackson will play himself alongside Melissa McCarthy in the Paul Feig-directed film (Bridesmaids, The Heat).
The cast also features Jude Law as a superspy and Nia Long as one of the heads of the CIA. Other cast members include Jason Statham, Rose Byrne, Miranda Hart, and Bobby Cannavale.
The movie begins shooting this month in Budapest.
“I be hustling like a motherfvcker right. LMAO THIS IS A BIG ONE,” said 50, who will release his new album Animal Ambition on June 3.
Last year, he appeared alongside Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger in Escape Plan and recently wrapped the crime film The Prince starring Bruce Willis and John Cusack.
