Ed Sheeran Debuts New Song 'One' Live

Ed Sheeran has sold out arenas across the world, but there was not a fan in the house when he debuted his acoustic song “One” live to an empty Wembley Arena in London.
The song is the first he penned for his sophomore album x, due June 23.
“I wrote it back in 2011 in Perth, on a guitar made out of a whiskey barrel,” said the British singer. “My first album was mostly about one person—this song is the last one about them. The rest of x is about moving on and the incredible experiences I’ve had since then. I can’t wait for you guys to hear it!”
The follow-up to his 2011 debut + features 12 tracks, with production from Pharrell, Rick Rubin, Jeff Bhasker, Benny Blanco, Snow Patrol’s Johnny McDaid, and Jake Gosling.
During last night’s iHeartRadio Music Awards, Ed also performed “The A Team” and his new song “Don’t” from Hotel Café, the first venue he headlined in L.A.
