From the trap to the Tonys, T.I. joined LL Cool J and host Hugh Jackman for a performance at the 68th Annual Tony Awards on Sunday. The trio kicked off the show at Radio City Music Hall with a hip-hop remake of “Rock Island” from the Broadway show “The Music Man.”

“First Hip Hop performance on #thetonyawards w/@troubleman31 @thehughjackman,” tweeted LL Cool J.

In addition to the King, Fantasia joined Patti LaBelle, Gladys Knight, and the cast of “After Midnight” for a performance of “On the Sunny Side of the Street” and “It Don’t Mean a Thing.”

Fresh from the L.A. PRIDE Festival, her fellow “American Idol” alum Jennifer Hudson belted out “Neverland” from the upcoming Broadway musical “Finding Neverland.”
