  /  07.04.2014

This Is America

In honor of Independence Day, Parker Ighile celebrates the land of the free on “This Is America” featuring G-Eazy. The British crooner, who is signed to Nicki Minaj’s label, packs a .40 caliber (“Just in case you ni**as wanna get violent”) and rides out on the haunting track.

The self-produced song is set to appear on Parker’s upcoming mixtape Young, Dumb, & 21.

Meanwhile, G-Eazy’s album These Things Happen opened at No. 3 this week, becoming the second-largest debut for an independently distributed rap album this year.
