Chris Brown Does the Shmoney Dance
Everyone from Beyoncé to Drake is doing it, and Chris Brown is the latest superstar to catch Shmurda fever. The R&B singer has posted a video of him dancing to Bobby Shmurda’s viral sensation “Hot Ni**a” while sailing on a yacht in Saint-Tropez. The song, which flips Lloyd Banks’ “Jackpot,” includes the lyrics “Free Breezy.”
With a red bandana tied around his head, Chris debuted his Shmoney Dance on Instagram, writing, “@bobby_shmurda #freebreezyhoe thuggin in ST Tropez!”
Shmurda responded, “Ah ah ahh chris brown @chrisbrownofficial appreciate the love my brother.”
Breezy has plenty to celebrate. His single “Loyal” has gone platinum after selling 1 million copies. “Thank you Team Breezy!” he said.
Beyoncé and Jay Z acknowledged the dance craze during their “On the Run Tour” at New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium, and Drake showed Shmurda some love while hosting the ESPYS.
The 20-year-old Brooklyn rapper signed a deal with Epic Records earlier this month.
