Swizz Beatz celebrated his 36th birthday with a party fit for a king. Alicia Keys surprised her husband with an extravagant bash at Capitale NYC on Thursday night.

She brought Africa to the Big Apple, modeling the evening after Eddie Murphy’s 1988 comedy Coming to America.

The star-studded guest list included Diddy, DMX, Busta Rhymes, Naomi Campbell, A$AP Ferg, Carmelo and La La Anthony, and Swizz’ ex-wife Mashonda.

His royal highness took his seat in a throne on stage surrounded by family, while his pregnant wife made a grand entrance in a white gown, walking across the dance floor to the beat of tribal dancers.

“My party was Epic thx to all my fam & Friends for a timeless moment. I’m still in shock,” said Swizz, who is expecting his second child with Alicia in December.
