August Alsina Remains Hospitalized for Seizures
August Alsina is still hospitalized after collapsing on stage during his show on Monday night.
TMZ is reporting that the “No Love” singer suffered multiple seizures. A rep for Alsina says that he is currently in ICU at a New York City hospital and receiving treatment for the seizures.
According to the rep, doctors did not find any drugs aside from marijuana in his system. At this time, they believe the fainting was triggered by exhaustion and dehydration.
He was taken away by paramedics after falling off stage during his performance at Irving Plaza on his “Testimony Live” tour.
His friends including 2 Chainz and tourmate Teyana Taylor wished him well.

“Yesterday was a long painful night…smh,” said Teyana. “Headed back to the hospital to check my lil homie @augustalsina He’s resting up. That’s all he needs, it’s been a long tour & incredible tour for us!! He appreciates everybody’s love, support and prayers. Thank You Guys!”
Alsina appeared on “The Breakfast Club” earlier today in a pre-taped segment.
