Wu-Tang Clan

After tearing up the stage on “Letterman” last night, Wu-Tang Clan marches for justice on the title track off their long-awaited album A Better Tomorrow, due December 2. Over a sample of Harold Melvin & The Blue Notes and Teddy Pendergrass’ “Wake Up Everybody,” the Wu drops some poignant and powerful rhymes, which couldn’t come at a more appropriate time.

“We want justice / Police supposed to protect and serve, and then they shoot us down like wild animals / The nerve of them cold-hearted killers with blue suits slaying our black youth.”

Hear them stand up for change.
