New Music: Fifth Harmony feat. Tyga - 'Like Mariah'
In addition to linking with Kid Ink on “Worth It,” the ladies of Fifth Harmony pay homage to Mariah Carey on “Like Mariah,” a track off their debut album Reflection. Over a sample of the pop diva’s 1996 hit “Always Be My Baby,” the “X Factor” alums sing the praises of their men.
“Your lovin’ takes me higher / You set my heart on fire / When you touch my body, got me singin’ like Mariah.”
Tyga also tears up the feel-good track with a fiery verse on which he shouts out two of music’s leading ladies: “You’re so sadiddy / Like Aaliyah, Mariah Carey / You stay winnin’.”
Reflection drops Feb. 3, but you can stream it now in its entirety via iTunes Radio.
On Feb. 27, 5H will launch “The Reflection Tour” with special guests Jacob Whitesides, Jasmine V, and Mahogany Lox.
