Jamie Foxx Performs 'Baby's in Love' on 'Ellen'
Fresh off his much-talked-about performance at the Mayweather vs. Pacquiao fight, Jamie Foxx brought his talents to “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” on Tuesday. The Oscar winner performed his new single “Baby’s in Love” (sans Kid Ink) off his upcoming album Hollywood: A Story of a Dozen Roses, due May 18.
The album also features Wale, Pharrell, Fabolous, and Chris Brown.
Jamie responded to the criticism over his rendition of the National Anthem. He explained that his in-ear monitors came out and he wasn’t able to hear the organ. “Some of it was a bit off,” he admitted. “In the arena, it killed. The telecast, it was a little off. But we still love America.”
Plus, watch him tell a funny story about meeting Kanye West for the first time and how their collaboration “Slow Jamz” came together.
