Drake Changes 'Madonna' Lyrics to Rihanna at 'Jungle Tour' Kickoff
Drake is getting back at Madonna after their awkward kiss at Coachella. During the kickoff to his “Jungle Tour” in Houston on Sunday, which capped off the second annual Houston Appreciation Weekend, the Canadian rapper switched up the lyrics to his song “Madonna” off his mixtape If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late.
Instead of the original line, “You could be big as Madonna,” Drake changed the lyrics to honor another pop queen.
“You could be big as Rihanna,” he rapped, much to the delight of the crowd at the Toyota Center.
Madonna and Drake made out during the first weekend of Drake’s Coachella set, but Madonna threw shade at Drizzy after his disgusted facial expression.
When asked about their make-out session during a Q&A with Romeo Saturday Night Online, Madonna told fans, “I kissed a girl and I liked it,” adding, “Don’t kiss Drake. No matter how many times he begs you to.”
