Kanye West Replaces Frank Ocean at FYF Fest’

  /  08.21.2015

Don’t fret, those of you planning on attending the 12th annual FYF Fest’ this weekend—Frank Ocean may have dropped off the headlining spot, but he’s been replaced by one of the few artists capable of creating as much excitement.

Kanye West will now headline the Main Stage on Saturday night in place of Ocean, who “has decided on his own terms to cancel his appearance.”

It’s unclear exactly why he canceled. Ocean has been in the studio working on a new album, reportedly titled Boys Don’t Cry, which was supposed to be released in July.

The two-day festival, kicking off Saturday at the L.A. Memorial Sports Arena & Exposition Park, also includes luminaries like D’Angelo and the Vanguard, FKA twigs, Run the Jewels, Morrissey, Solange, and more—it’s a can’t miss festival. Weekend passes are still available at FYFFest.com.

Kanye West is now headlining Saturday night of FYF Fest. Please visit FYFFest.com for details.
