What if there was a weed fairy who appeared when you said “Mary Jane” three times and sang chill stoner R&B to you from your TV? It’s a question we’ve all asked ourselves plenty of times. Now, we have the answer—it would look like Tiara Thomas. She plays just such a character in her new video for “Mary Jane” off her recent EP Up in Smoke.
“Don’t ask me questions when I’m high,” croons Thomas to her audience of three suburban stoners staring captivated from the couch. By the end of the video Thomas has emerged from within their TV in a blaze of white light, like a stoner angel.
