New Music: Travi$ Scott feat. ScHoolboy Q - 'Ok Alright'

Travi$ Scott is just a day away from releasing his debut Rodeo. The album comes in two editions—standard and deluxe. The latter includes a collaboration with ScHoolboy Q called “Ok Alright,” which has just hit the net. It’s a seven-minute epic, with an atmospheric, lurching beat built around moaning vocals, heavy percussion, and Q’s “Ok, alright” ad libs.

The pair trade aggressive verses. “Tell a bitch get right, make a ni**a miss that flight,” raps Q.

Halfway though, things switch up—some of the momentum is removed from the beat, and replaced with lofty Auto-Tuned murmurs from Scott and vocals from a female singer.

In addition to Q, Rodeo features collaborations with Kanye West, The Weeknd, Juicy J, Chief Keef, Young Thug, and Justin Bieber.

In celebration of the album, Scott will launch his “Days After Rodeo” tour starting Friday in Houston.
