Ariana Grande Teases New Single on ‘GMA’

Ariana Grande’s new album is coming sooner than you think. While promoting her first fragrance on “Good Morning America” on Tuesday, she revealed that an announcement of the first single is imminent.

“I’m announcing the first single really soon, like this week soon,” she said.

But if you follow her on Twitter, you would know that the announcement was coming.

“The festivities begin in October,” she previously tweeted. During Twitter conversations with fans, she also revealed that the first single would be called “Focus on Me” and that the album may be titled Moonlight. In June, she posted a snippet of a new song on Snapchat.

During her “GMA” appearance, Ariana also discussed the infamous doughnut-gate. “My behavior was very offensive and I apologized,” she said. “There’s definitely no excuse and there’s nothing to justify it. But I think as human beings, we all say and do things that we don’t mean at all sometimes, and we have to learn from it. That’s part of our process.”

Her first fragrance, Ari by Ariana Grande, just launched, and contains notes of marshmallow and raspberry. “It’s really sweet and yummy,” she said.
