A$AP Rocky and Tyler, the Creator Team Up in Tour Promo
A$AP Rocky and Tyler, the Creator are hitting the road, and they’ve got a tour promo video to prove it. The rappers appear in a short video in which they talk about the genesis of the odd-couple pairing and spit a few goofy bars.
“When they first told me about this I was like, ‘Nah, that’s weird,'” explains Tyler. “I don’t really f**k with ni**as. Rocky cool, but I don’t know. And then time went on, and I was like, ‘Why not?'” he adds, before trying to hug Rocky, who laughs and runs away.
“This guy is weird!” exclaims Rocky.
Then the two trade off a few bars, with Rocky interrupting Tyler’s aggressive verse to sing “beautiful lyrics.” At the end, they also announce that Vince Staples and Danny Brown will be on the lineup, making this truly a can’t miss tour.
The “Rocky and Tyler” tour kicks off Saturday in Lowell, Mass.
